DISCOVER RIVIERA MAYA

Fall in love with the ancient combination of condiments and ingredients that give Yucatecan cuisine its traditional flavor.

HAND MADE FLAVOR

The hands of the Yucatan Peninsula give each dish an unmatched seasoning, which blends perfectly with the colors, textures and materials found in the interior architecture, decoration and even tableware. Handmade tortillas and a spectacular view of the golf course complete the succulent experience of this restaurant.

THE FLAVORS OF THE MAYA TRADITION

From the exquisite panuchos and salbutes to the succulent cochinita pibil, or the stuffed cheese extend the delicious spectrum of options that will make you travel back in time to pre-Columbian times, in the same territory where these ancestral recipes were born.

CHEFCandy Quintana

With a culinary vocation born out of family traditions of preparing recipes for parties and gatherings, Chef Quintana fell in love with the paradisiacal beaches of Cancun on completing her gastronomical studies at the Cesar Ritz School of Gastronomy, in Mexico City. Specializing in Yucatan-style cuisine and its unique flavors, textures and ingredients, she thoroughly enjoys her guests’ delight on discovering the wonders of this cuisine on their palate.

Excellent service from public relations in Cancun!

I had an amazing experience from Jesuri and Maximo at Moon Palace Cancun! Jesuri came to our rescue during a really tough moment where we had no one else to count on.

Bugambilia Resturant in the Sunrise Palace is exceptional for many reasons.

Johnny, Jesus Pat and juventino ....our family comes to this restaurant because of these friends we look for. They are exceptional in their work, watching in order to serve. I don’t just call them waiters but watchers!

Moon Palace Sunrise and Nizuc

We had another great stay at Moon Palace Sunrise. Service was great. We wanted to especially thank Sheila Ramirez Brott who was one of our servers by the pool. She was very friendly and very personable.
