CHEFIsrael Hernández Carillo

Originally from Mexico City, Chef Hernández’s passion for cooking was ‘love at first sight’, from watching his family work. He has gained inspiration from great chefs, having studied in Mexico and Italy, but his greatest motivation comes from his colleagues. Experienced in Mexican and Italian cuisine, he is the perfect choice for this restaurant where he is able to pay tribute to the most well-known recipes in Mexico and add his unique flavor, alongside exceptional cooks. His goal is for guests to take away a slice of Mexico on their palate.

Open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
