Please wear long pants or tailored shorts. Gentlemen must wear shirts with sleeves. Beachwear, logo t-shirts, sportswear, loungewear, track suits, caps, flip flops, water shoes, sports trainers and bare feet are NOT permitted.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday:
10:30 pm – 3:00 am
NOIR may be open up to 5:00 am, based on occupancy.

Adults 18 years and older are welcome.
