Our family stayed at Moon Palace – Sunrise and it was a perfect place for our kids (6 and 8
years old). There were so many activities – from the giant waterslide and great pools, to mini golf
and bike riding, the Flowrider, a video arcade and ice cream/sweet shop.

This resort exceeded expectations in both service and ammenities. My spouse and I travel to 
Cancun/Riviera Maya frequently. This is our 6th trip since the begining of the pandemic. This is 
the first resort that we didn't feel like we were still in a pandemic! Yes, everyone was masked and
sanitation was followed but it was done descreetly and all amenities were flawless.

Just came home from Moon Palace and we miss it already! It was our 5th time at the resort. We 
stayed at Sunrise and have previously stayed at the Grand on our previous visits. All 3 resorts 
were sold out at the time we were there.
