Corporate actions related to environmental protection are within the framework of an environmental management system, which has established different work areas (water, air pollution emissions, solid waste, hazardous waste, environmental education, flora and fauna). To obtain their appropriate compliance, it has been set an achievement index which through quarterly audits measures the compliance of each property.
13. It has also been established a “Declaración de Política Ambiental”, Declaration of Environmental Policy. It includes, among other items, the treatment of residual waters which allows water evacuation within the permitted levels, reusing an important amount for irrigation systems.
